Information Checklist
What information you will need to register your work with MySpark.
Before registering your work with MySpark, please review all of the information you will need on each of the steps. You can always save your order and come back to finish it.

| 1. User Information | Basic contact information |
| 2. Work Details | Work Type, Work Title, Completion Date, Publication Date, Digital Files of the Work (if digital submission required). |
| 3. Author Details | Contact information for each author. If multiple authors, a description of how each author contributed. |
| 4. Owner Details | Contact information for each owner. Also, if ownership of the work was transferred, how the work was transferred (e.g., transfer statement). |
